Half-Blood Prince’s potion book is going to sit comfortably on that bookshelf a little longer

The release date for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been pushed back to July of 2009 instead of late November. Precisely, July 17th.

Warner Bros blames it on the Hollywood’s writer’s strike. The real reason is simply that summer brings more movie-goers to the big screen. When more money is rolling their way, there’s no reason not to sit on the release and watch $$ pile up penny by penny.

  1. I feel so frustrated as do most Potter fans so I’m taking this opportunity to promote these Potter “cover-fiction” stories.
